Q: Can you produce a box to my size requirements?

Yes we can - but this is only for bulk quantities as the equipment for cutting the product has to be bought. If you would like a quote please Contact Us with all your specifications.

Q: Where should the boxes be stored?

To prevent warping and rippling they must be kept away from damp - any water proof building should do this. Also boxes exposed to rapid temperature changes over a long time are very likely cause them to warp.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 25 boxes (of the same type)

Q: Can you buy in large quantities / bulk?

Yes we do, if you are looking to purchase a one off large quantity or wish to regularly buy boxes from us please contact us and we can quote you for the products you require.

Q: I would like to see some samples before I purchase?

If you would like some samples before you purchase, this can be arranged. Please note we charge £5.00 fee, this will be deducted from your order if you decide to go though with your purchase.

Q: Paying online - is it safe?

All our online payments are handled by PayPal and our website at checkout is secured by SSL.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our product is usually with the customer within 3 working days.

Q: Can I change my order after I finish the checkout?

Yes, please contact us immediately and we can add or delete items from your order. If the order has been shipped you will need to place another order.
